When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and production before your order ships out.

How long is the shipping time?

  • Average time: 2-5 business days

Please note that unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, exact delivery times are not guaranteed as they are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty. To cancel, please email us with the subject line "CANCEL". If your item has already shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

I entered an incorrect address!

If you entered the wrong address, reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information and notify us immediately. We can correct the address within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged

We pack every item with extra care, but occasionally, damage may occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
